Vendors Wanted for 13th Annual BeaverDamJam-Idaho Sept 16th,

About the BDJ-Idaho

eFor 13 years, Watershed Guardians has entertained guests with Jammin' bands that everyone can dance to, great raffle items including our "Super Raffle" and amazing foods.  We are looking for food volunteers that can provide great food, in short order at reasonable prices.  if your business is interested in meeting this challenge as well as beer and wine, please complete the form below.  Our vision is for the long-term.  We expect to have great relationships  with our vendors  and work to ensure that both of us are happy with the outcome.Please Complete the form below

When

The BDJ-Idaho will happen September 13th at Lookout Point in Old Town Pocatello.  We typically start at 3pm with setup beginning at 2:30.  There will be multiple bands, activities for youth games and (sometimes) special guests. 

What Watershed Guardians provide

  1. 20 feet of nearby reserved parking.
  2. Between 100 and 200 guests
  3. Advertising/Announcements in various media.
  4. Posters with your logo
  5. Crowd draws (kid activities, crafts, music)
  6. Free raffle tickets to servers (not Super Raffle)
  7. Our best guess at attendance 48 hours prior to the event.

What vendors must provide

  1. Easy access for guests
  2. Easily read and displayed menus and prices
  3. Vegetarian options
  4. Napkins
  5. All required permits and licenses, including copy of current Department of Health Certification.
  6. Beer and Wine
  7. Non-alcoholic beverages
  8. Beer and Wine license/permit (please bring copies of these 48 hours prior to the event
  9. 1, 30 gallon recycle container for aluminum
  10. Single Point of Contact.  One person, one phone number.
  11. Copy of Gross sales receipts for the day.

What we want

  1. Plenty of food.  We don't want to run out of food.  
  2. Don't run out of beer.  Cans or tap are OK, but please don't run out.  If you run out of beer, we both loose money.
  3. We do not want multiple contacts to resolve issues or communicate changes. Single name and single contact.
  4. No gasoline generators,  please.
  5. We assume that you will be serving from a truck or trailer.  Please tell us which.
  6. Please,  do not share your negative opinions about Watershed Guardians, its officers or volunteers.  We are a volunteer run organization.  Yeah, we can screw up, but we do our best.

How to Compete

  1. Typically we focus on the best experience for our guests.  Give us a quality menu and serve time that meets guests expectation and your business will be highly regarded in our media and notices.
  2. In exchange for us bringing guests to your food truck or other we expect that vendors will donate a portion of Gross Total Sales, including beer and wine. The percentage donated will reflect your ranking, but it is not the only criteria.
  3. Leave a good impression with our guests. It helps you and it helps us.
